Summary: Purpose The Novo Nordisk Inc. (NNI) Campaign Relationship & Operations Owner acts as a service provider interface for NNI and manages a resource pool that builds, executes, and delivers campaigns for the NNI Campaign Planning Managers via the Adobe Campaign platform. The incumbent supports the service provider to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and quality standards while providing direction on Campaign Operations procedures and guidance to optimize campaign builds and leverage Campaign Management best practices.
